Frequently asked questions
Ordering team gear always raises questions. Here are the most common ones.
Which products can I order?
Jerseys, tank tops and shorts are our core sublimated products. We also make hats, hoodies, flags and other accessories to match your team design.
Every product has its own page with cuts, sizing charts and prices.
Can I submit my own design?
Yes. We have a design template for every product where you can insert your own design. We have a spot for our Manta Squadron logo but everything else is up to you.
Do you have a design service?
Yes! We have two types of services. For ready designs, we will ensure your design fits our printing template without charge.
If you need a completely new design, we have a paid design service. For a 100 euro deposit, we will create one original design concept with 3 revisions included. This design deposit must be paid before work begins. When you make your final kit order, we will simply deduct the 100 euros from the order. If you decide not to use our design or you do not order your kits from Manta Squadron, the 100 euros will not be refunded.
Our designers are talented and capable of creating a unique outfit for your team. Whether you need an update to a classic design or you are looking to start fresh, we’ll have your back (and front, and shorts, too!).
What is the minimum order quantity?
Sublimated items require a minimum order of 10 pieces per design. For example a minimum of 10 t-shirts and 10 shorts.
Flags are the exception with a minimum of 5 pieces.
Can I mix cuts and sizes in one order?
Yes. Loose and Fitted cuts, or Standard and Short shorts, can be mixed freely inside the same design as long as the total reaches the minimum order quantity.
How long does production take?
The standard turnaround time is 28 days after finalizing the order. Shipping time depends on your location.
If you require a rush order, there will be an additional surcharge. Rush order completion depends on the current production queue.
How much does a full kit cost?
Jerseys start from 40 euros including VAT, tank tops from 35 euros, shorts from 30 euros, and other products from 25 euros depending on the item.
Shipping and handling costs are added separately. The costs depends on the order size, shipping location and shipping method.
